Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently recruiting for an Associate Material Program Manager (MPM) to join our team in Chandler, AZ.

Job Summary

The Associate Material Program Manager (MPM) is the single point of contact interfacing with the Program Office and external customers; Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts. You represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies and objectives, oversee all SCM activities needed to meet program requirements and ensures a strong link between various Supply Chain functions including Purchasing/Sub-Contracts, Logistics and Production Control.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares basic worksheets and analyses of supplier data. Monitors supplier quality and delivery performance; identifies problems and coordinates solutions with supplier.
  • Prepares basic worksheets and artifacts that support proposal/ negotiation activity. Prepares negotiation documentation.
  • May participate with developing and managing material budgets including Estimates-To-Complete and Estimates-at-Completion, material sales forecasts and vendor payment management.
  • Provides input for developing a Material Program Plan (MPP) that aligns with the program objectives.
  • Compute basic artifacts capturing the analysis.

Education and Experience

Generally requires BS & 0 years or equivalent combination of education & experience.
