Orbital ATK is currently seeking an experienced Sr Princ Program Mgmt Rep at our Chandler, Arizona operations.

JOB SUMMARY

Work with GQM163A/Navy program level managers in setting and achieving goals both at the program and divisional level. Establish appropriate metrics reporting systems, budgetary reporting systems, budgetary

   accountability systems, staff utilization planning, and other projects necessary to facilitate development and

   accountability within the program organization. Perform complex financial/administrative reporting and participate

in the development and maintenance of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques. Provide innovative compositional, graphical, and multimedia communications as well as editorial review to facilitate

   communications throughout the program.  Develop/Utilize enterprise level as well as off the shelf

   computer software and programming to support executive level reporting and decision making. Provide

   administrative employees training in enterprise as well as off the shelf software solutions raising the level of

   administrative support given throughout the program. Provide enterprise solutions to leverage solutions

   optimal to achieving, productivity, and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                               % of Time

1.   Work with program and executive level managers to establish appropriate metrics reporting systems,                                                                                         34%

       budgetary reporting systems, budgetary accountability systems, staff utilization planning,

       and other projects necessary to facilitate development and accountability  within the

       organization.

2.   Provide innovative compositional, graphical, and multimedia communications as well as 28%

       editorial review to facilitate communications throughout the program and organization.

3.   Develop/Utilize enterprise level as well as off the shelf computer software and         33%

       programming to support executive level reporting and decision making.

4.   Provide administrative employees training in enterprise as well as off the shelf software 5%

       solutions raising the level of administrative support given throughout the organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

   No Supervisory responsibilities.

WRITTEN AND VERBAL CONTACT

   Interacts with all level of the organization.

EDUCATION

   A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent experience is required.

EXPERIENCE

   Minimum of 14(fourteen) years of related experience is required.

   No supervisory experience required.

   Experience with Navy procurement and reporting processes desirable

COMPUTER EXPERIENCE

   Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
