Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Specific Responsibilities: Provides first line of defense along with technical triage team regarding system health.  Generates, reviews and distributes daily trending and analysis reports.  Reviews system maintenance requirements, schedules and provides and verifies non-routine schedule objectives.  Produces daily system performance reports.  Reviews and authors discrepancy reports.  Supports/facilitates anomaly resolution.  Defines and updates changes to database parameters.  Coordinates with component vendors and factory support for performance and anomaly support.  Technical member of the Change Control Board.

The position local is in the Washington DC area and may require travel on a periodic basis.

Basic Qualifications: Masters with min 3 years equivalent experience or Bachelors with min 5 years equivalent experience.  Understanding of space vehicle engineering and performance is required.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.  Will consider candidates without a CI Polygraph, but must be able to obtain CI Polygraph upon hire.

Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
