Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

This opening is for a Deputy I&T Spacecraft Manager which is a support role to the Program I&T Manager. As such the Deputy reports to the I&T Mgr and facilitates all Integration and Test activities on the floor for a specific spacecraft, including: floor planning & personnel tasking, schedule and technical performance.

Acting as a delegate of the I&T Manager, the Deputy at times will act as the Single point-of-contact to both the Program and the Customer with respect to all spacecraft integration, test, and launch activities. Responsible for ensuring spacecraft successfully completes its I&T process, including all mechanical, thermal, electrical, RF, propulsion, quality/inspection, contamination control, and launch activities. Provide support for planning and preparation efforts for all I&T activities including staff planning, procedure development, GSE planning, test requirements compliance, and Test Readiness & Manufacturing Readiness Reviews. Perform EVMS reporting: Generate CPI & SPI variances with detailed basis for exceeded thresholds and out-of-scope expenditures, establish budget Estimates-To-Complete (ETC's) as required Support the floor with supervising satellite I&T activities from first component arrival through S/C single-line flow, environmental testing, and launch. Coordinate with all supporting Work Centers on the incorporation of their deliverables into the I&T flow (harness, propulsion, ECWC, MLI).


  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) and 8 or more years of related experience is required.
  • Leadership abilities to manage a small I&T team comprising mechanical/electrical/RF engineers, technicians, planners and quality assurance.
  • Hands on knowledge and experience with the processing of spacecraft and/or launch vehicles or subsystems.
