Our Aftermarket Services group located in Mesa, AZ is currently seeking Program Representatives.  This position is directly responsible for aftermarket sales execution and increased customer satisfaction for customers within an assigned region.   This position will interact directly with customers and internal team members to ensure successful execution of orders. 

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment Performance:

-              Support Program Representatives in the fulfillment of spare part and special tool orders.

-              Support Program Representatives in executing all orders from customers within an assigned region.

-              Support Program Representatives for On Time Delivery performance of spare part and special tool orders; this includes, planning order fulfillment requirements, prioritizing customer requirements and ensuring requirements for order fulfillment are carried out by the integrated product team.

-              Responsible for organizing, processing and returning warranty and repair orders for customers within assigned region.

-              Supporting Bid and Proposal activity when required.

-              Participate in the development and implementation of strategic Aftermarket Services growth and maturity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Education:

  • Working towards Bachelors Degree or MBA
