We have an opening for a SUMMER- FALL 2018 Internship/Co-Op for a Safety Internship. This person will serve missions by participating in multi-disciplinary teams conducting quality and mission assurance evaluations, audits and assessments for proposed and existing sounding rocket components and architectures. Preparation and achievement of NASA approved Safety packages.
BS degree in a technical discipline with a safety focus.
Related experience includes system safety engineering involving system and facility safety engineering with emphasis on safety analysis.
Interest in NASA and/or DOD launch vehicles and/or satellite systems.
