Job Summary 

Develops and maintains detailed production plans and material requirements lists, in accordance with the Master Production Schedule.  Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality, and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules.  Provides input to management regarding problems and solutions involving shortages, design changes, and backlogs.  Releases and maintains all appropriate paperwork

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and 5 years of production planning experience, including a thorough knowledge of manufacturing activities such as purchasing, materials, engineering, and production processes are required.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (requires US Citizenship)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Knowledge of Costpoint, Cognos, and TipQA preferred
